Red Box Virtual Office is an off-site business support service, owned and managed by Emma Crabtree.

Red Box was set up in June 2005 and has been supporting clients globally, with tasks such as customer care, proof reading and documentation editing, front-of-house services, internet research and product sourcing.

Emma’s background is in office management and PA support, working in large, London based NGO’s and small, privately owned businesses.  Key achievements in this time include setting up and maintaining administrative systems for a start up team of eight, managing office moves and computer systems implementation and designing and producing corporate literature.

With Red Box, Emma has been entrusted with credit card and bank details, sourced and shopped for personal items and provided concierge services at a time of air-traffic standstill.

Systematic and personable, logistically minded and with a professional telephone manner, Emma is ideally suited to support you and your business.

Based in central Portugal, with English as a first language, Emma reads, writes and speaks Portuguese to a high level.
