I have been an Executive Secretary for 20 years and have worked in a variety of industries, including Transport, Travel, Engineering and Real Estate.
I am an independent, responsible worker with effective communication and excellent customer contact skills.
I have advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Publisher and a variety of in-house computer systems.
A short list of duties I have done over the last few years are listed below.
- Preparation of extensive property reports
- Preparation of Leasing and Sales Contracts and documentation
- Property submissions
- Typing of letters, memos, faxes, reports, minutes of meeting
- Coordination of mail outs – preparation and distribution of letters and attachments from database
- Coordination of advertising, including preparation of flyers, brochures and advertising materials
- Managing and updating databases
- Gathering of information and preparation of board papers for Board Meetings and Managers Meetings
