I’ve been tagged (again), this time by Angela Wills of StarVA so here I go with some new random facts about me.
- I’m the eldest of 4 children.
- I grew up in South Australia.
- I’m constantly told I don’t look old enough to have 5 daughters in their 20s ๐ Yay!
- I once spent 6 months dressed as a nun – at least in a theatrical play I was.
- As I grow older I want to spend more time writing – got so much to share!
- I have written lots of poetry and songs in the past.
- I used to play guitar and sing – don’t have much time for it now.
- I run a Writer’s Group in my home on a regular basis.
I guess all of my life’s experiences somehow led me to the path I’m now on and enjoying life as a Virtual Assistant and loving it!

Kathie,
You sly one… I direct you to my blog’s About Me page, where I have my response to your tag.
I sure enjoy learning more about my colleagues, and finding our areas of commonality. For instance, like you, I’m the oldest in my family; I am working on a book and wish I could just write full time; used to play a lot of guitar and sing with some folks a long, long time back.
Maybe I need to start a writer’s group, here! Any pointers on getting one started?

Thanks Kathie. Any photos lying around of you dressed as a nun? What an interesting life you lead ๐

Probably Donna-Marie, I’ll have to look through my old albums. Actually there might even be a photo in the program for the show. It was the Sound of Music with Paragon United in 1992 or 93.

Hi Katie, I thought it was a good one! Interesting we have so much in common – how about that?
I want to write full time too. I do write a lot these days.
Re the group – I’ve done mine through my church so it’s all local people but I reckon it wouldn’t take much in putting out feelers, even via your blog, you might find locals who would like to get together. Or check to see if there’s a writing association in your state – they might know of some!
