I was invited to participate in a writing blog challenge – because I love to write! Below are the questions I was asked, with my answers and under that the people I’m tagging to continue this on. And this is all about writing!
1) What am I working on? I’m always working on ideas for new posts to my Virtual Assistant blog. With over 900 articles written since 2005 I’m always looking for new angles, new ways to share information.
2) How does my work differ from others of its genre? I write from experience and with passion but, more than that, just like the person who is reading it, is actually there in front of me, so that I’m talking to them direct.
3) Why do I write what I do? Because I’m passionate about the industry that’s allowed me to work at home while my children grew up. And now I can help other mothers (and fathers) do the same.
4) How does my writing process work? I get an idea, and if I’m busy with client work, I’ll jot down something quickly to jog my memory later. Usually saved as a draft in my blog program. It’s not unusual to go in and write another article and then discovered a draft, or two, or three, that I’d started at another time. I love that because it gives me more material to work with.
I nominate the following to continue this on in a fortnight:
And where are they? I did have a list but thought perhaps some might like to comment below and add their blog links 🙂 But you must be prepared to take up this same challenge and post the same questions above and nominate others on 30th July.

Hey Kathie,
Great job on the hop… did anyone take you up on the next ones? I’ve noticed the ripples out from my friend Robert Rife (one of my nominees) and it’s really cool to follow the links with each successive ripple! Hope someone takes you up on this opportunity to connect with other working writers.
Take care,
Lesley-Anne
