Hi! I’m Linda – Virtual Assistant and lover of all things admin. I combine my extensive background across multiple industries (over 40 years of combined executive PA, senior administration and office management experience) with my passion for the written word and love of bringing order to chaos.
The Virtual Office Pearl was founded to provide a convenient service for SMEs and busy corporate executives and their teams to offload tedious and time-consuming tasks to someone who would be delighted to help you – with maximum professionalism and minimum fuss. I have honed my skills as an office administration specialist working with CEOs, Managing Directors and Government Officials. I have worked across multiple industries including aviation, telecommunications, government, legal, banking, real estate, resources, retail, transport and IT and, more recently assisting ASX listed mining companies. I have embraced and conquered substantial changes in technology and adapted to the evolution of the EA role, discovering along the way how best to support my clients.
This diversity of experience has refined my extensive skill set so I can remain flexible and intuitive in my approach, even under extreme pressure. I am a creative problem solver and pride myself on offering the highest standard of service as your partner in business. I have had the pleasure of working with the best in business and have had many successes over the years. I work remotely as a Virtual Assistant for clients in Australia and globally. I absolutely love creating, designing and perfecting business branding and I get a real kick out of organising chaos and attacking overflowing email inboxes!
